Switching Flexible subscriptions is available at any time. However, Annual subscriptions can be switched together with their renewal, even in advance.

Encourage customers to move their subscriptions from another reseller to you. They only need to get a transfer token in Google Admin Console and enter it in their self-service customer portal in ActivePlatform. Transferred subscriptions are eligible for changing their plan right away.

License count
ActivePlatform is always aware of the number of assigned licenses in every Google Workspace subscription. It helps to downgrade the licenses within the unused range only and avoid inconsistent operations even in cases of manual intervention in Google Admin Console.
